Apple recruiting senior web execs for cloud apps
Once only a tangential web player, Apple appears by its hiring activities to be getting serious about the web.
My only observation so far would be: there’s a certain level of app-ness that’s just not effective in a web app (not sure what a cloud apps is). There’s also a certain relationship between the chrome around the page and the page itself. If Apple can find those sweet spots, they will make great headway.
